Enrolling a New Student

Welcome to Melrose-Mindoro School District. Below you will find all the information necessary to enroll your student(s) into our school district. Please either choose Online Registration or Print Documents. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions (608) 488-2201

Online Registration

Please click on HERE  to begin the new registration process. Once completed please print off and complete the appropriate additional forms and information for your student(s) depending on if they were prior enrolled or never before enrolled.
