WRESTLERS: Remember you will be bowling after school at G-E-T on Friday. Meet in the conessions stand right after school. We should be home by 6:00.
JUNIORS: Prom voting for court will be this Thursday, March 5th during lunch.
GYMNASTICS FAN BUS TO STATE: The GET Area Gymnastics Team is offering a fan bus to all our cooped schools fans!!! The Team state meet will start at 1;30 pm with March-in. The bus will leave from G-E-T HS at 11am and return around 9pm (Depending on when the meet finishes). The cost will be $13 a person plus their $6.00 admission fee. (We have to have a minimum of 20 riders; after that the price will go down as more sign up). Let Connie know by Thursday morning at 9:00 AM if you are interested.

TOURNAMENT SEASON: Just a reminder that during the WIAA regional basketball season all tickets are $4.00 home and away for adults and students. There are no passes for student athletes, staff and their families, board members and their families, senior citizens or Dairyland passes. If we win on Friday the game will be here on Saturday night at 7:00 PM. Tickets for Saturday nights game would be presold after the game on Friday night.
GOLF: All students planning on joinning the golf team this spring must attend a meeting after school on Friday March 6th. This is a mandatory meeting, if you cannot attend see coach Woodward ahead of time or you will be deleted from the roster.

INFORMATION YOU STILL NEED TO KNOW:
INFINITE CAMPUS: If you would like to be able to get the mobile ap go into Infinite Campus Portal and log in. From there it will give you directions for setting up your mobil ap.
STUDENT PARKING LOT: When there is fresh snow please park close to the building so the parking lot can get plowed. They clear the area closest to the building first.
SWEET TOOTH: You can purchase candy bouquets through Sweet Tooth. Baskets start at $10.00 and does include delivery to the other 2 school. There is also a $5.00 bouquet offered but is cash and carry only at the high school, no delivery. 24 hour notice is requested.
RECYCLING: Please recycle your empty glass or plastic bottles in the aluminum can bucket in each room.
STUDENT DRIVERS: Please use the driveway by to the baseball field to enter and exit. The buses need the driveway closest to the school. We are trying to avoid bottlenecks and also for safety sake. When it snows please try to park close to the building and not out near the baseball field so the custodians can get the parking lot cleared.
STUDENT OF THE MONTH: This year the staff at Melrose-Mindoro High School will be recognizing students each month for their positive behavior and positive contributions. At the end of each month students will be nominated and selected by the High School staff for a student of the month award. Students selected for Student of the Month honors will be notified during the first week of the following month. Know this...your attitude, behavior and efforts are appreciated.
ABSENCES: If you are planning to be gone for more than one day you must have it approved by Mr. Arzt and fill out a pink sheet available in the office.
FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE DROPPED OFF IN THE MORNING OR PICKED UP IN THE AFTERNOON: Please ask your parents to use the north or south parking lots. For safety reasons we are trying to keep cars out of the bus lane during bus drop off and pick up times. Thank for your cooperation.
STUDENT DRIVERS: Reminder: When you come upon a school bus with its red lights on/flashing, you must stop AND wait until the light go off before you proceed, whether the stop arm is in out. YOU MUST STOP AND WAIT.
WANT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE OLD STUFF: Remember to bring your old cell phones, ink cartridges, and laser jet cartridges to the school office to be recycled.
COLLECTING FOR SCHOOLS: The school is collecting the Kwik Trip milk caps on specially marked milk containers, Campbells Soup Lables and Box Top for Education. Please save and drop them off to the High School Office.
